Davide Corradini

I am a post-doctoral researcher at the Computer Science Department of the University of Verona, Italy, in the Software Engineering group headed by Prof. Mariano Ceccato.

I obtained my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Verona in 2024, after completing my bachelor's and master's degrees in Computer Science from the University of Trento, Italy, in 2016 and 2019, respectively. I also collaborated with the Fondazione Bruno Kessler research institution in Trento for both my bachelor's and master's theses and worked there as a research assistant in 2019. In 2022, I was a visiting Ph.D. student at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA, USA, in the Software Engineering Lab headed by Prof. Alessandro Orso.

My research focuses on functional and security testing of software, and on how to automate them. The programming domains I have investigated so far include web APIs and mobile applications. I am currently extending my research to blockchain smart contracts and web applications.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking in the mountains, programming, designing stage lights for concerts and shows, and operate my amateur radio station (callsign IN3KAD). I also have a strong interest in open-source and privacy-friendly software.
